Medical Sales Representative  

Each representative is allotted a fixed area to promote the products. Thus, each representative should conduct a survey the needs of the area. He/She must come out with strategies and plans to develop present and future targets.

The activities of a Medical Representative are as follows:

• Initiate contact and ascertain the needs of customers. Build and maintain positive connections and working relationships with medical personnel.
• Scientifically uphold the advantages of the products through presentation of clinical research and published medical literatures. He must be able to present the products during conference and other presentations.
• Assure that the customers are well aware of the conditions of sales.
• Evaluate and report to the management about the customer's feedback regarding the products.
• Enhance the effectiveness of coverage by keeping adequate and timely records.
• Conduct product presentations to medical professionals, hospitals, clinics, etc.
• Manage regular budget for territory.
• Maintain records of all daily activities.
• Facilitate meetings with target customers and representatives of management should the need arises.
• Monitor and anticipates positive and negative effects and impacts of the market to the product, and adapting proper strategy to prevent to counteract any negative effect.
• Monitor the activities of competing companies and recommend strategies and tactics to counteract these activities.
• Attend company meetings regularly; collect technical data, make presentations and briefings.

• A graduate of any 4-year course (Graduating from a Medicine-related course is an advantage)
• Willing to work in Sales
• Willing to be assigned in any of the following areas:
  • Metro Manila: Caloocan, Malabon, Navotas, Pasay, Manila, Quezon City, Marikina, Pasig, Mandaluyong, Parañaque, Las Piñas, Muntinlupa
  • Central Luzon: Pampanga, Nueva Ecija
• Keen to details, goal-oriented, punctual, and professional
• Experience in selling is an advantage
