Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Payroll processing: Will handle two or more payroll clients. Will be guided and shall comply with the existing payroll process
- Group Handling: Will be given a minimum of two payroll associates under their direct supervision, together with the help of the Payroll Supervisor and the Service Line Head
- Billing: Ensure that all billing requests are with them for countersigning on or before the end of the month
- Monitoring/Checking of Payroll Reports: Will be responsible for checking the completeness and accuracy of the payroll reports based on the instruction provided by each client. The following details should be considered:
- Correct set-up of new hire details
- Timekeeping
- Other earnings and deductions
- Loan deductions
- Statutory Deductions
- Taxation
- Compliance of the group assigned to them
- Timely payment and posting of statutory remittances
Trình độ tối thiểu
- A graduate of BS Accountancy or any business related course
- A CPA is an advantage
- 2-3 years working experience in payroll and accounting
- Knowledgeable and trained in Compensation and Benefits, Taxation, and DOLE policies
- Advanced skills on Microsoft office
- Keen to details and willing to render extended working hours
