The Supervising Accountant will be responsible for the Accounts Payable Process and other related accounting work, which entails the following:
- Expense Report Processing
- Promotional expenses through credit card and cash advance
- ER/PF/CA queries management
- Vendor Master Maintenance
- Daily and month-end official receipt posting
- Deferred VAT recording, review and scheduling
- Payment processing
- Deposit of collections
- Invoice processing
- Supplier queries/reconciliation of accounts
- AP Closing
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Graduate of BS Accountancy.
- 2-3 years of work experience in accounting, specifically in Accounts Payable.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications and other accounting systems, particularly SAP.
- Keen to details.
- Willing to render extended working hours.
- Willing to work in BGC.
- Can work with minimal supervision, a team player, and with sense of commitment.
