Survey Compensation Associates  

Responsibilities:

• Review client survey input to identify questionable data; verify that all data received for a given company is complete so that the company may participate in the industry survey.
• Verify the accuracy and validity of submitted data by interfacing with internal team to resolve survey input issues.
• Combine multiple data sources into one, succinct file for review by broader teams; transfer company data from HRIS/HCM/Cap Table exports into a bulk XLS review file.
• Complete additional projects independently or as part of a group/team/taskforce.
• Take a first pass at matching company jobs to the Radford jobs and levels.
• Assist in executive compensation data pull and analysis.

• 1-3 years Human Resources or other related industry experience.
• Work experience in data manipulation is preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a survey operations role and to interact with various internal constituents.
• Strong in MS Office, Excel (macros a plus) and Word.
• Familiarity with data exports from HRIS, HCM, Payroll, and Cap Table Software
• Understanding of US-Technology startups and typical jobs is preferred
• Amenable to work in Makati
