Area Sales Manager | Aesthetic Devices  

Primary job responsibilities would include:

• Managing, training and motivating sales team to drive revenue growth
• Develop and manage efficient distribution networks for sales
• Develop efficient and creative sales and marketing strategies for the assigned territory and target setting for the sales team
• Collecting customer and market feedback and reporting the same to the organization
• Monitoring sales team performance, analyzing sales data, periodical forecasting and reporting

• Bachelor’s degree in business related disciplines such as economics/management/marketing;
• Nursing degree or related field is a plus
• With at least 1 years experience as Area or District Sales Manager, preferably in NCR
• With at least 3 year field experience in sales
• With a charismatic persona, can relate well with different types of people
