Internal Controls Officer  

Responsibilities:

• Present and document existing processes to clearly define and manage opportunity to implement process improvements.
• Maintain libraries of business processes used within the company and make sure these are updated
• Investigate new approaches and solutions
• Assist and facilitate end-user feedback to identify problems and concerns
• Work closely with end users to ensure efficient and effective implementation of process improvements
• Analyze business process improvement effects on policies.
• Work with the process owners on initiatives to improve the company’s business processes
• Effectively manage project roll outs to ensure successful and cost effective implementation of projects
• Efficiently find ways for better business solutions or updates of business structure
• Update the ICS framework by adding new control documentation
• Forward new control documentation to the corresponding control owners
• Assist in providing trainings and ICS technical interpretation to the control owners and line functions to resolve any issues raised.
• Monitor the ICS compliance of controls
• Recommend mitigating controls for segregation of duties conflict

Qualifications:

• CPA Board Passer
• Minimum of two (2) year experience in internal control, preferably in a manufacturing firm or in a reputable audit firm
• Preferably at least 1 year in a supervisory experience
• Proficient with MSOffice applications particularly Visio and PowerPoint
• Amenable to work in Makati
