- Plans and directs accounting activities by performing the following duties, personally or through subordinate supervisors:
- Applies financial acumen and business expertise to establish adequate and functional controls in a financial reporting system.
- Oversees all corporate financial accounting and reporting activities and ensures that finance employees abide by regulations and laws when performing their duties.
- Ensures that internal controls, procedures and guidelines conform to top management's directives, human resources policies, industry practices and government rules.
- Ensures that corporate financial statements adhere to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and Financial Reporting Standards.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- At least three (3) years work experience in Finance / Accounting in a Managerial capacity.
- A Graduate of B.S.in Accountancy and a holder of Professional Certification (CPA)
- Has broad practice in preparation of financial and management reports
- Exhibits expertise with policies and procedures in Taxation and Banking.
- Strong leadership abilities
