Software Development Lead  

an Asian based financial IT services company dedicated to the delivery of quality wealth management solutions. The company is currently looking for IT Tools Technology Proxy Manager. This role will be responsible in working with centralized software team who compliments QA and server-side development teams. Own and account for user experience design implementation of software products and experiences. Collaborate and team to deliver functional, best-in-class, user-focused, competitive, and intuitive software product user experiences.

Other responsibilities includes:

• Global followup of the developments of IS

• Responsible of the change management planning.

• Proxy PO for change requests to be delivered.

• Organizes the dailies and writes related reports

• Synchronizes multi-platform changes.

• Synchronizes with EU Team.

• Ensure technical documentation quality and consistency.

• Manages technical projects involving several competencies in the team.

• Manage IT Corporate tools deployment

• Manages local technical team (13 persons)

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Sciences.

• 3 years of relevant experience similar to this role

• Minimum of 5 years experience in development, using Agile methods.

• Preferred languages = JS, Microsoft .NET, SQL.

• With strong leadership background.
