Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Comply with the client's support SLAs, follow data maintenance and change management policies as defined by the client's guidelines
- Install, upgrade and maintain the client's applications suite at the client sites. This includes data migration and configuration
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding and support the technical environment underpinning the client's application suite in the APAC region. This includes Windows Server and Desktop operating systems, SQL Server, IIS operating environments
- Provide escalated and specialized application and technical support for the client's software solutions via the Zendesk Support Portal
- Prioritize and schedule work activities to ensure assigned tasks are achieved in timely manner
- Provide support during Sydney, Australia business hours of 9 AM to 6 PM (AEST and AEDT)
- Weekend work required on occasions to fulfill client upgrades

- Knowledge of querying, backing up and recovery of SQL Server databases
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent attention to detail, demonstrated ability to troubleshoot, problem-solve and understand and perform to clients expectations
- Ability to work and communicate efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Self- motivated and able to work independently
- Sense of energy, pride and ownership in your performance
- Possess Microsoft certification
