MicroSourcing Philippines Inc. is looking for an Accountant for a multi–award winning business providing quality bookkeeping services in Australia.
Responsibilities:
- Working on the accounts of multiple clients
- Checking through each client on a regular basis, ensuring Accounts Payable, Receivable and Bank Reconciliations are kept to a high standard
- Reporting & Assessing figures to present to clients
- Providing Financial Advice & analysis
- Checking over the Conversion Data & Figures
- GST Compliance
- BAS preparation & lodgements
- Teaching and training as necessary
- Payroll
- Cash Flow management
- Bookkeeping Duties
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Bank Reconciliation
Trình độ tối thiểu
- At least 3-5 years’ experience as a CPA
- Small business accounting experience on Australian businesses
- Must be proficient in Xero
- Payroll experience appreciated, but not essential
- Experience in mentoring other accountants
- Attention to detail & critical thinking - asks questions as well as uses resources including the team to constantly learn
- Curious / Investigative Nature – can work outside of structured procedures - wants to know and understand the WHY (in order to better service clients)
- Fantastic written and verbal communication (ability to talk to clients, team members both in Philippines and Australia)
- Confident speaking English and explaining bookkeeping and accounting concepts to people without accounting experience
- Amenable to work in Eastwood City, Libis Quezon City on a dayshift schedule
