Client Services Assistant  

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Morning updates in Slack - client codes running low Monitor Looker reports for changes/spikes in client’s performance
• The creation of a brand, offer, connect site, hosted client page, smart overlay all based on new business & current client’s needs.
• The maintenance of clients in the CMS system (full image updates, copy updates etc)
• Respond to inquiries via support inbox (disputes, boosts etc)
• Legacy SIG brands (list coming)
• Emailing brands to get new codes Ensure all inquiries are responded to and resolved.
• Ensure all manual verification are either accepted or rejected.
• Maintain the list of pending institutions.
• Raise bug reports to manager/ raise code issues to manager.
• Go through list of rejected domains and determine if they should be added to our system or not.
• Sending weekly co-reg data to clients
• Code checks for key clients and Newsletter inclusions
• Audit of live clients to check still live & linking.
• Audit of live clients to check student discount codes are working
• Ad Hoc: Research Projects, B2B Support (Inquiry Inbox), Close updates
• Reviewing clients
• Code checking
• Assisting the UK operations team on tasks

• Exceptional communication and communication skills (verbal & written)
• Experienced with direct interaction with client.
• Would have extensive experience in customer service handling voice and non-voice account
• Would have worked or been previously involved with a startup or rapidly growing business
• Thorough and attention to detail
• Familiar with UK and other English speaking markets
• A desire to succeed with a proven track record in delivering results
