Intermediate Sales Agent (Outbound) | Payment Processing Account  

We are looking for Intermediate Sales Agent (Outbound) to work for one of the North America’s leading payment processors. Our client is the customer’s single point of contact for VISA, MasterCard, American Express, INTERAC Direct Payment, and all Point of Sale solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Outbound calling to a list of clients to discuss usage of products and services with the goal of increasing the customers comfort level with the product, and increase product use
• Utilize a Consultative Selling Approach in order to position the client as a competitive advantage to prospective customers.
• Resolving customer concerns, inquiries, and queries according to defined guidelines, processes and metrics set for performance
• Demonstrate ongoing efforts to achieve or exceed performance expectations by meeting daily, weekly and/or monthly performance targets.
• Ensure all leads are actioned with the company’s defined guidelines.
• Deliver daily, and weekly reporting as required
• Take full accountability for any follow up action that is appropriate on behalf of the customer.
• Stay current with the industry trending and market conditions to position the client as a value added provider.

• At least 1-3 years of experience in Sales, preferably with outbound cold calling experience
• Experience in B2B Sales would be highly preferred but not required
• Experience in a fast-paced and customer-driven environment is essential
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented and highly organized
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Amenable to work in Eastwood City on a night shift and shifting schedule
• Amenable to accept a project based employment (1 year)
