Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
MicroSourcing is looking for an Order Processor who will be part of the world's leading reward management platform.
Responsibilities:
- Place orders on applicable websites or per defined instructions
- Obtain order status updates and apply in website
- Perform back-office tasks related to Order inquiries not resolved by External Call Center
- Monitor Customer Service Ticket platform to address regionally assigned tickets within KPIs and as per defined scripts, rules, and supplied materials
- Cancel Order Inquiries
- Process Backorders
- Confirm acceptance or process cancellation
- Returns and Replacements
- Execute process for damaged or non-working deliveries
- Resubmit order for processing
- Order related tasks as assigned
- Confirm order details with Partners and members
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Experience in Order taking previously
- Desire and ability to learn
- Time Management: Being able to manage how much time is spent on a project is important.
- Excellent Computer Skills: experience in database systems.
- Excellent English both verbal and written
- Willing to work in MOA Pasay.
- Open to work on a Shifting Schedule and FIXED TERM of 4 months
