We are hiring for an Account Manager who will be dedicated to one of our accounts. The role of the Account Manager focuses on the employee. It is the role of the Account manager to make the teamwork together, or in some cases, make the staff and the client work together to get the best results. Account Manager, together with the VP of Operations and the Operations Managers are responsible for overall account management which includes the following:

1. Staff Management – discipline, performance improvement, monitoring, coaching, retention

2. Client Management – relationship management, coordination, client retention, client satisfaction

3. Cost Management – although this is mainly a responsibility of Finance, operations should monitor resource utilization and ensure efficiency and maximizing of resources

Trình độ tối thiểu

At least 1 year of experience as a Team Leader, preferrably in a BPO setting
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Must be willing to work on holidays and on a shifting schedule
