Responsibilities:
- Payroll Processing
- Accounts Payable data entry and reconciliation
- Xero bank reconciliations
- Weekly Cash Flow Statements
- Create .aba banking files (at this stage create, but not pay)
- Basic Journal entries from templates
- Month-end Balance Sheet reconciliations
- Month-end P&L to review stage
- Supplier communication as appropriate
- Client communication as appropriate
- Process BAS or IAS
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Tertiary Accounting Qualifications – BS Accountancy, CPA
- Knowledge of Australian Accounting
- Atleast 1 year of experience in Accounting field
- Highly proficient in Excel
- Strong attention to detail and technical accounting skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Able to meet deadlines
- Team orientated
- Exceptional English communication and comprehension skills
- Willing to work for Dayshift at Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City
