Mechanical Drafter (AutoCAD 3D)  

As a key member of our Product Development Team you will be responsible for the for the preparation of engineering drawings and BOM’s using Onshape CAD program. You will be self-motivated, Innovative and driven by a passion to contribute to the team and the Industry.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare Parametric modelling & Complete Drawings Sets with BOM’s
• Print and issue drawings when and as required.
• Prepare accurate and consistent CAD drawings that adhere to company requirements; this includes preparation of construction drawing sets,
• sales/marketing drawings and other as required.
• Perform related duties as assigned by the Engineering Manager

Technology/Programs:

We typically work with 3D CAD Onshape program, Smartsheets, and various Microsoft Office programs on a daily basis. Experience in these programs is preferred.

Qualifications:

• Technical degree or certificate from an accredited designer/drafter program
• An understanding of manufacturing principles.
• Familiarity with reading mechanical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
