- Manage and maintain the Managing Directors schedules, including scheduling of travel and conferences, making appointments, and making changes to appointments.
- Take and record the minutes of the meeting.
- Update Facebook account and other Social Media sites for marketing purposes.
- Perform other duties inherent in the position and other related tasks which may be assigned and required by the Management of the Company.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Graduate of any four-year course.
- Minimum of six (6) months experience as an Executive Secretary.
- Computer skills specifically on Microsoft Offices and Social Media Sites.
- Keen to details and with good organizational skills.
- Good hand writing skills is a plus.
- Can start work immediately.
- Willing to work in Mandaluyong.
