Electrical and Mechanical Specialist  

Submit reports related to corrective, preventive and routine maintenance of corporate and operational buildings and facilities auxiliary systems like FDAS/FCMS, Fire suppression, Access control (ACID) electrical equipment, panels and building intercom.

Perform and organizes routine/non-routine maintenance of corporate and operational buildings structures. Conducts inspection, mitigations, and enhancements regarding the condition of the building/facilities/under toll plaza canopy.

• Graduate of Electrical Engineering and/or equivalent engineering courses (such as Electronics Communication Engineer/ Instrumentation Engineer/ Computer Engineer) or of any 2 or 4 years course.
• Well experienced in Facilities Operations and maintenance.
• Experience in service/maintenance of diagnostic tools and computer operations with a minimum of 3 years on the job application.
• Must have strong technical knowledge in a building structure, knowledge in electro-mechanical equipment would be an advantage.
• With valid driver's license and excellent driving skills.
• Care for and properly manage all assigned tools, equipment, facilities, materials, supplies, stocks and inventories under supervision.
• With experience on building maintenance, can handle building related enhancement projects and prepare cost estimate.
• Must be willing to do field work with regular exposure to dirt, noise, heat, sunlight, wind and rain or any other potential hazardous substances.
• 24/7 "On-call" service particularly during emergency and/or exceptional cases where operations and maintenance of Toll Operations would be affected.
• Good writing and communication skills
• Computer literate
• Required to care for the service vehicle and inventories of SV tools under his/her shift.
