What are the Job Responsibilities?
- Accomplishes information system’s and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
- Provide comprehensive and quality customer care at all times
- Ensure customer satisfaction in all transactions
- Meet performance goals as set by management
- Have interaction with clients to present and process info in response to inquiries, concerns, and needs about products and expert services;
- Collect customer’s info and figure out the problem by assessing and analyzing the problems;
- Detect and handle technical equipment and software program challenges concerning internet connection, electronic mail customers and more;

What are the Job Requirements?
- BPO or Call center experience are required for High school grad and College Undergrad; or
- College Graduate with No BPO or Call center experience
- Good English communication skills;
- Problem-solving and analytic skills;
- Computer and Web proficient;
- Capable of working at home or working in an office.
