Production Manager  

Responsibilities will include (but are not strictly limited to):

• Oversee in-store and online sales
• Oversee and manage daily production of baked goods
• Troubleshoot customer complaints and quality control
• Coordinate promotional and marketing efforts with ownership
• Coordinate restocking of supplies with existing stock manager
• Schedule payables to suppliers
• Prepare purchase report bi-weekly

Our team is looking for a Production Manager with prior experience in accounting, business management, and office administration.

• The candidate must be a college graduate with at least two years experience in the restaurant and food production industry.
• Tech-savvy
• Proficient in English and Tagalog
• High degree of organization, professionalism, integrity, trustworthiness and flexibility
• Ability to use discretion when working with confidential information
• Ability to operate efficiently while juggling multiple priorities
