HR/Admin Manager  

Scope of Work:

• Job posting, interviewing and hiring applicants as well as conducting and analyzing exit interviews;
• Prepare employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs;
• Drafting/writing employee job offer letters, welcome letters, employee contract/appointment letters and termination letters;
• Building and organizing employee records;
• In charge of Payroll for all employees;
• Maintains management guidelines by creating/preparing, updating, recommending and implementing human resources policies and procedures;
• Handles and resolves employee concerns and grievances, conduct investigation when necessary;
• Ensures work structure by updating job requirements and updating job descriptions for all positions;
• Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource and Philippine labor requirements;
• And other Admin work.

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent;
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position;
• Must have knowledge in preparing company manuals, policies and procedures;
• Must have knowledge in preparing payroll;
• Must have knowledge in Philippine labor laws;
• Must have good communication, leadership and people management skills;
• Trust worthy and honest.
