Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Identify prospective customers by using business directories and other tools, follow leads from existing clients, and attend trade shows and conferences.
- Contact potential and existing customers to discuss their needs and to explain how specific products and services can meet these needs.
- Help customers select products based on the customers' needs, product specifications, and regulations.
- Give high emphasis on product features based on analyses of customers' needs and on technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations.
- Answer customers' questions about prices, availability, and product uses
- Capable to negotiate prices and terms of sale and service agreements in closing the sale.
- Adept in preparing sales contracts and submit orders for processing
- Collaborate with colleagues to exchange information, such as selling strategies and marketing information
- Follow up with customers to make sure they are satisfied with their purchases and to answer any questions or concerns.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s / College Degree preferably in Communications; Business Courses such as Economics, Statistics, Social Sciences and Hotel & Restaurant Management, and Engineering cources are all welcome to apply.
- Has a strong background of at least 2 years in commercial sales involving products and services.
- Strong Communication, Interpersonal, Analytical and Management Skills
- Has the ability to work independently specially in difficult situation
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Analytical, self-motivated & results-oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel & Powerpoint)
- To be based in Binondo, Manila
