- Promote Megaworld The Fort properties through different advertisement channels
- To assist clients in investing the property that is most suitable to their needs
- Participate in all marketing and business activities organized by the company
- Generate leads and convert them to potential clients while maintaining lasting relationships with them
- Attend manning duties in malls & other commercial establishments
- Prospect clients, negotiate, and close sales
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Must be 4-year grad
- With Pleasing personality
- Experience in Real Estate industry is an advantage

Job Activities and Description
• Will have direct access to all inventories of Megaworld residential projects at The Fort in Taguig City and privilege to market them to buyers worldwide
• Sales presentations to potential clients / buyers
• Duty in mall, showroom or event manning
• Online and tele-marketing
• Distribution of sales materials such as flyers, hard copy or e-brochures to potential buyers or acquired leads
• Provide good after-sales service to own clients
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree
• Good communication skills
• Good networking and/or social skills
• Have self-confidence
• Pleasing personality
• Fluency in other languages is a plus
