Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Completion of all deliverables associated with the month end closing process. Duties consist of but are not limited to the following: preparation of standard financial statements, calculating estimates and accruals, recording journal entries, and balancing intercompany accounts.
- Preparation of the location’s monthly forecasted results file.
- Calculation of accurate overhead labor rates.
- Coordinate daily labor postings between the payroll application and the general ledger.
- Assume leadership role as primary accounting support for plant manager.
- Monthly reconciliation of balance sheet accounts.
- Manage the location’s annual physical inventory count.
- Manage fixed asset register.
- Act as primary liaison between location personnel and corporate accounting department.
- Provide accounting guidance to onsite clerical staff.
- Manage accounts receivable aging by making necessary collection calls.
- Work independently with vendors on inquiries and problem resolution.
- Manage any special projects that affect the location’s established financial procedures.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Strong computer skills and working knowledge MS Excel.
- Familiar with standard ERP reporting systems (SysPro experience a plus).
- Possess solid accounting and analytical skills as well as a working knowledge of GAAP.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain appropriate levels of confidentiality.
- Establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Extremely detail oriented with excellent organization skills.
- Ability to manage a variety of tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedures
