- Conducts regular systems and operations compliance audit (policy, procedures, process flow), risk and root cause analysis.
-Draft report base on result of audit. Enumerate all noted findings, observations and recommendations (corrective & preventive) including discussion to management (auditees) for action plans.
- Conducts regular audit of company assets/resources and payables.
- Conducts surprise audit of company funds (Petty cash fund, Revolving funds).
- Audit of Timekeeping and Payroll Salary Computations.
- Audit of Employee loan balances, amortizations/deductions and remittances (company and government loans).
- Participate in month-end and year-end inventory counts (FG, BO, Production, Supplies, POP, Diesel, Tools & Equipments, Fixed Assets, Container yard (CY), etc)
- Conducts reconciliation of inventory variances/ validation of justification of warehouse/ stock custodians.
- Conducts regular audit of warehouse receiving, issuances, backloads, BO disposal.
