Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Maintain and enhance the organization's people operation
- Evaluating employee relation and human resources policies, programs, and practices
- Ensures legal complience by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal
- Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures
- Prepare employee for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation (on boarding program)
- Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees
- Maintains Pixel People job result by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology or any related field
- At least 3 years of experience working in the Human Resource and General Affairs area
- Advance analytical and organizational skills
- Strong managerial and leadership skills
- Proficiency in English
