Event Marketing Executive  

FUNCTIONAL GOAL:

Job Description: The Event Marketing Executive will be in charge to create and execute event marketing plans and campaigns that will improve the company’s overall profitability.

KEY TASKS:

• will be working closely with the design team for the preparation of marketing collaterals
• Create weekly Email Newsletters
• Send out of Direct mails to potential clients and corporate partners
• Gather potential media Partners and maintain rapport with existing partners for the event
• Create content for the brochure, post-event reports, press releases, website, flyers, print ads, and other marketing collaterals
• Monitor Social Media Sites of the Specific assigned Event such as Facebook, Instagram, etc.
• Update Databases of clients for Marketing Purposes
• Coordinate with Program Speakers, VIPs, and other partners before, during and after the event
• Ensure proper promotion of every client participating at the event
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent.
• At least 2 years working experience in the related field is required.
• Experience in events and marketing;
• Basic Adobe Photoshop is a plus;
• Highly organized; can work independently; ability to multitask yet ensure output quality,
