- Accountable for creating new business leads and business opportunities to achieve targets and company goals
- Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers
- Responsible for all business transactions and assure new business subscriptions and retention and maintain excellent client service management
- Forecast and track sales targets based on set sales metrics of the company
- Identify growth areas of the assigned accounts to assure continuous sales progress
- Communicate with team members and media research business unit to properly brief, endorse and inform teams of the new account and all of its service deliverables.
- Maintain strategic communication with accounts and proactively inform about new innovative services the company has to offer.
- Leads solution development efforts that address client needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary personnel.
- Proactively leads a joint company strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- College Graduate – BS or BA academic degree
- 2 years working experience is required with experience in Sales, Marketing, Public Relations, Research and has worked with a B2B sales model
- Willing to perform Fieldwork calls and conduct sales presentations to target customers and potential new markets.
- Can communicate professionally in English
- Excellent listening and negotiation skills and can easily adapt with different customer behavior
- Knows how to drive and with valid driver’s license ( Preferred but not required )
- Proficient in operating and using Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
