Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Validates received instructions from immediate superior by conferring and clarifying understanding to facilitate accurate collection of what’s due from clients.
- Checks new debtor accounts by assessing accuracy and updating as necessary to facilitate preliminary checks.
- Prepares debtor account and workload by prioritizing for the upcoming month to facilitate debt management.
- Establishes first contact with debtor by sending out initial contact letters to advise debtor that they have a debt that MDCC is collecting.
- Addresses unresolved accounts by using the most appropriate follow-up activity to encourage debtor to settle accounts.
- Deals disputes by preparing resource documents and explaining debt balance and the likes to effectively handle differences of opinion.
- Maintains database by encoding every recent transactions to ensure that the account notes covering all of the interaction with the debtors is kept up to date and accurate.
- Contacts the client by phone, email or mail to gain further documents and to obtain clarifications of information.
- Monitors progress by periodically reviewing the database to ensure that all commitments are being met by the debtor.
- Maintains communication line open by responding to calls and emails or any communication to facilitate reactive contact with debtors.
- Performs other functions which may be required by the immediate superior from time to time.
