Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Validate instructions received by conferring with immediate superior to clarify understanding thereof.
- Collaborate with other members of the department by attending meetings and exchanging of relevant documents to facilitate establishment of responsibilities.
- Prepare project cash flow forecast by performing trend analysis to advise project management team of any deviations from budget and recommend corrective actions.
- Reconcile all variances by evaluating the budget, actual cost and revenue to facilitate accurate project profit forecast and timely identification/preparation of contractual claims.
- Perform project costing related reporting to the team and management’s review on a monthly basis to ensure that expenditures are kept within the project budget.
- Assist in effective project implementation by utilizing productive reports with the use of project management system to monitor the status of all purchases, invoicing and delivery up to the closure of the project.
- Control and monitor project total expenditure including verifying and checking of invoices and claims from suppliers, vendors and subcontractors to ensure that all project expenditures are captured and properly recorded.
- Provide planning and cost controlling support for all projects which includes variation reporting, monitoring of milestone progress to the preparation of customer billing processes, etc.
- Act as consultant by providing cost control and planning advice to the project management team as and when required to facilitate adherence to the costing stipulated in the contract.
- Prepare a statement of final costing by recording all actual cost for all sections of the job to facilitate payment thereof.
- File all documents by utilizing appropriate office equipment and computer system to facilitate safekeeping and easy retrieval thereof.
- Perform other functions which may be required by the immediate superior from time to time.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
- At least three years of relevant work experience.
- Technical know-how.
- Thoroughness.
- Knowledgeable of:

- Budgetary Reporting and Monitoring
- Claims and Dispute Resolution
