Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and partners by learning about and satisfying their needs.
- Follow up with clients regularly to ensure needs are being met and to identify opportunities
- Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies
- Making cold calls or reaching out to prospects.
- Negotiating terms and conditions with clients
- Collaborating with key decision makers to identify opportunities and develop ideas that deliver sales results
- Building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience
- Will handle big and small retailers
- Handling complaints and negotiations.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Advantage but not requirement to have at least one (1) year experience as a sales person from related industries such as Pet Supplies, Feeds, and Poultry Supplies
- Has drive and energy to manage multiple accounts while looking for new opportunities.
- Ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process.
- Strong time management skills
- Willing to do field work on an everyday basis
