Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Timely and accurate maintenance of financial reports of all client entities, working in close consultation with the responsible administrator, including:
- Ensuring accounting records are accurately updated on a timely basis to meet deadlines
- Liaising with administrators, auditors, and tax agents to obtain and provide information that enables companies to meet statutory filing deadlines
- Handling the full set of bookkeeping functions (monthly reconciliation of bank balances and securities quantity balances, recording payments of invoices, etc.)
- Revaluating year-end balances (e.g., foreign currency revaluation; calculate and post fair value adjustments for investments)
- Monitoring and following up with administrators for client entity transactions such as supporting documents for accounting entries
- Preparing financial statements and working papers
- Assisting, checking and reviewing the accounting work of junior staff, as necessary
- Assisting on specific projects and tasks as assigned from time to time
Trình độ tối thiểu
- CPA designation is an advantage
- A minimum of three (3) years’ relevant experience in client accounting and taxation is an advantage– Excellent bookkeeping and reconciliation abilities
- Ability to prepare financial statements and other financial reports
- Excellent financial analysis and numeracy skills, plus attention to detail
- Proficiency in English; ability to converse in other languages such as Mandarin is an advantage
- Ability to work with team members, administrators and clients to meet tight deadlines
- Expertise in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and Word; experience using Viewpoint or related systems is an advantage– Supervisory and leadership skills with a “can do” attitude
