- Lead, direct and manage the day-to-day Administrative activities
- Provide oversight and guidance to the development and monitoring of processes related to compliance, training and development, especially administrative functions
- Responsible in creating reliable policy that is align in the Philippine labor law
- Formulating and implementing process improvement for Admin
- Responsible in budgeting and strategic planning.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Management
- At least 5 years experience in Administration, 5 years of which in a managerial role
- Expert business and organizational planning ability
- Vast experience in team leadership
- Successful experience in employee relations
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strategic thinking ability
- Proven ability to multitask
- Good communication skills
- Must be willing to report onsite
