- Responsible for the operation of the content module, build the content classification system, quality content screening and output to the platform, Promote user growth and improve user activity and retention;
- Lead the team to create quality content, develop content communication and operation strategy, and complete the introduction of KOL or third-party off-site resources;
- Pay attention to the vertical category trend, timely grasp the hot spots, tap the user needs, effectively combine the category characteristics and product positioning, and create a competitive content matrix;
- Familiar with and study the user psychology and user behavior, can provide effective content operation planning, can disassemble the realization path according to the target, and give the landing implementation plan;
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Over 3 years of experience in content operation or editing, over 1 year of management experience;
- Have good writing skills and content sensitivity, have a good judgment ability of the content quality, and have a certain understanding of the content production of short videos;
- Have strong communication skills, be good at allocating resources, and be able to obtain the maximum output through resource integration;
