Recruitment Officer  

* Knowledgeable in end to end process of recruitment

* Preferably with experience in Manpower Agency International is a plus.

* Can do documentation and knows the different process in Dept of Migrant Workers, Visa Stamping, Renewal of License, and change of director.

* With idea in marketing and presentation to clients

* Attend meeting with the clients/ responds to their inquiries or concerns

* Update the clients in the portal of Monday for monitoring of candidates

* Report direclty to the directors for the day to day tasks accomplished

* Monitor the system of Dept of Migrant Workers for the record purposes of the candidates.

* File every documents that process to Dept of Migrant Workers.

* Willing to work oniste in Pasig City

Can able to start ASAP.

• Bacheclor Degree graduate in Psychology, Human Resource, and similar
• With at least 3-5 years experience as recruitment associate/ officer
• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
• Flexible, keen to details, diligent and able to work in a minimum supervision
