Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
This Accounting Assistant will assist in accounting and administrative tasks which contribute to the financial sustainability and management of related organisations.
Sample tasks include:
- Billing preparation, reconcilitations and client/administration management
- Regular auditing of activities and manpower to ensure smooth operations, cost savings and financial soundness, including field work
- Information and database management
- Other administrative, purchasing and coordination work as assigned by the Project Manager, and towards the learning and growth opportunities of the employee
The role will be based in our Quezon City office, Monday to Saturday from 8-5pm, but will have regular visits to relevant project sites.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Preferably 1-2 years experience in related roles; or if none, displays competency for finance and audit, some administrative and purchasing tasks
- Ability to understand and create basic financial statements
- Discipline in time-bound assignments
- Integrity and trustworthiness
- Detail-oriented
- Can work independently with minimal supervision
- Problem-solving, critical thinking and good communications with customers
- Adaptability in different tasked assigned to him or her, including site visits

The Masungi Georeserve is an environment protection project, with a goal to promote sustainability, conservation, and education. Our BHAG is to form part of a UNESCO Geopark. Currently, the area has an effective conservation plan supported by a geotourism plan.
