Roles and Responsibilities

• The Graphic Artist / Designer will be responsible for both creating layouts from new material and converting conventional comics into mobile format comics (think webtoon, tapas).
• This process will include placing dialogue into layouts, organizing images to improve understanding on mobile, and retouching images

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Design
• Competency in the following programs: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign
• Understanding of graphic design concepts such as visual hierarchy, design systems, and typography
• Familiar with both digital and print formats.
• A conversational level of English is needed.
• Understanding of font management.
• A familiarity with webcomics is a plus.
