Finance Officer  

Finance:

• Budget management
• Provide financial analysis and reports
  • Payroll
  • Expenses
  • Suppliers (including procurement and payment)
  • Financial projections
  • Cost analysis
  • Valuation analysis
  • Corporate finance analysis

Accounting:

• Conduct bookkeeping activities,
  • Can work closely with any third-party accounting service providers with these activities including, but not limited to, invoicing, bank reconciliation, A/R management, A/P management, fixed asset registry and eventually handle all these services within the company
  • Can work closely with auditors to ensure compliance and timely reporting to all relevant stakeholders
• BIR and SEC compliance
  • Monthly and yearly tax filings
  • btaining/renewing business permits and requirements (SEC and local government)
• Invoicing and Collection of payments from suppliers
• Releasing of payment to suppliers, reimbursements and other expenses

Other:

• Perform other analyses & administrative requirements as needed

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related fields
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Apps, Google Apps, and other computer software
• Experience in accounting software
• Can work independently and efficiently
• Can work under pressure and deadlines
• Can handle multiple projects at the same time
• CPA not required but an advantage
