Sales and Marketing Representative  

Overview

• Assisting in brand management.
• Determining different marketing strategies and approaches.
• Conducting of marketing research.
• Performs other duties and functions as may be instructed.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Going to their assigned areas to have face to face meetings with key clients; updating them with the latest product information.
• Sourcing of new clients in the areas assigned and introducing the products to them.
• Following up on inquiries through routinary visits and telephone calls.
• Creating quotations and managing negotiations prior to closing a sale.
• Starting on collections and follow-ups after closing a sale.
• Continually developing the ability to demo and selling skills.
• Attending medical conventions, conferences, and events to promote the company's products

Product Knowledge

• Acquiring in-depth knowledge of the products carried by the department.
• Undergoing training, seminars, and education regarding functions of the products and actual usage.
• Researching on products from direct competitors.
• Accounts Collections
• Following up on client's dues and payables within the representative's areas of responsibility.

At least 2 years of College education in any of the following:

• Marketing and other related courses.
• Business Management.
• Allied health courses (this is a plus).

Other qualifications:

• Sales and marketing knowledge
• Good time management skills
• Effective multitasking capability
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, and Word)
• Can work effectively with a team
• Strong analytical and planning skills
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Has initiative and can work with minimal supervision
• Willing to travel around Metro Manila
