Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- The Insurance Operations Assistant will provide accurate, and timely issuance of insurance policies and related documentation;
- The role will provide an opportunity to increase technical proficiency (with the ability to answer transactional questions), peer-level coaching/mentoring, and process improvement projects;
- He/she will also support client-facing brokers (sales and marketing personnel) in all aspects of administration an technical support;
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Must be a graduate of any four (4)-year business-related course;
- At least two (2) years of admin work experience preferably from a reputable insurance agency;
- With insurance background, Life & Non-Life;
- Attention to details;
- Ability to craft, read, analyze, and interpret general business correspondence;
- Clear and concise oral and written English communication skills;
- Ability to be self-sufficient after basic training has been completed;
- Excellent organization skills - able to prioritize work and meet deadlines;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint);
- Willing to report for work in Mandaluyong and/or Cavite
