Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Assists the Chief Finance Officer in providing corporate finance advice to top management, including advice on equity and/or debt fund raising, deal structuring, mergers and acquisitions, management and leveraged buy-outs, debt restructuring, joint ventures, and private equity management.
- Carries out financial modelling, analyses, and valuations, and assesses commercial risks and likely returns.
- Coordinates with teams of professionals including lawyers, accounatants, and other experts ans liaises with investment bankers and regulatory bodies.
- Executes corporate finance transactions.
- Advises management on raising funds for new projects and expansion purposes.
- Performs other tasks that may be assigned for time to time
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. Preferably MBA
- At least 3 years of relevant experience, showing steady increase in responsibilities.
- Demonstrated analytical skill set and financial statement analysis.
- Proficiency with excel, word, and power point required.
- Quick adaptability to multiple computer systems required.
- Proven stability to work cross - functionally and contribute to teams.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to influence, lead, and collaborate to achive objectives and produce results.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects at the same time.
- Working knowledge experience of deal structuring, execution, and closing.
- Strategy financial modelling skills.
