Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Interviews and performs pre to post-approval credit investigation and evaluation of potential borrowers to determine their eligibility.
- Recommends appropriate action on evaluated loan application.
- Ensures completeness of requirements submitted by borrowers by validating and examining the veracity and authenticity of supporting loan documents.
- Ensures the proper disclosure of the product’s features, terms and explains the terms and conditions of approval to borrowers.
- Prepares loan documents and facilitates loan signing.
- Keeps a timely record of all the loan applications and their statuses.
- Periodically analyzes data needed for credit approval and collection.
- Implements the Company's credit policies and accounts receivable procedures.
- Performs collection functions such as but not limited to sending of collection reminders, monitoring of payments, making follow up calls to borrowers, and preparing collection report.
- Visits borrowers to press for payment or to pick-up payments as required.
- Familiarizes with the various products and packages offered by home improvement affliate, including financing terms offered by the Company.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Must be a graduate of any four (4)-year business related-course
- At least one (1)-year experience in credit investigation or underwriting
- Willing to report for work in Imus, Cavite
- Willing to work on weekends
- Fluent in English and Filipino
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
