US | Registered Nurse  

We’re looking for US-Registered Nurses to join our pioneering Long-Term Care Team as Claims Intake Specialists!

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide customers with an excellent service experience by listening carefully and confidently addressing their needs
• Provide an overview of the claim process and set proper expectations for the customer
• Review policy information and benefit eligibility criteria to determine if it is the right time to initiate a claim
• Perform a robust intake process and complete the claim initiation on the customer’s behalf
• Promote digital options, such as online registration, virtual assessments, direct deposit, etc.
• Conduct follow-up callouts and communication via email
• Promote potential wellness opportunities prior to claim
• Accurately record information into administrative systems
• Follow strict procedures for privacy and transaction processing
• Fulfill customer expectations via methods that comply with established policies and procedures
• Learn and use all systems and resources to meet customers’ needs

• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
• US-Registered Nurse
• Excellent written and verrbal English skills
• Strong customer management skills
• Relevant experience in Claims Processing or Clinical Nursing is an advantage
