Sourcing Manager | Remote Work  

We're looking for a Sourcing Manager to be part of Magic's Internal Team! Our ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience in a high-level hiring role, and be able to develop strategies to attract high-quality candidates.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 6 AM to 3 PM PHT

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Monitor and forecast vacancies within a freelancer roster
• Work with the Hiring Manager to develop and implement sourcing and hiring strategies to ensure appropriate, high-quality candidates
• Enlist recruiters to source applications and perform initial assessments
• Create and administer skills-alignment exercises to shortlist suitable candidates.
• Help train hiring staff to select, interview, and shortlist candidates.
• Interview shortlisted candidates and select the most suitable individual.
• Use job boards, social media, and other recruitment platforms to maximize sourcing.
• Negotiate with candidates about job-related expectations and compensation.
• Work with the head of Recruitment to implement strategies to develop and retain employees.

• 5 years of experience in a high-level Hiring role, especially participating in strategic planning.
• Excellent research skills
• Top-notch interpersonal, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities.
• Capacity to mentor and develop new hires.
• Experience recruiting contractors is a plus.
• Background in marketing is a plus.

Basic WFH Equipment Requirements:

• Laptop or desktop computer that can run web browsing, spreadsheet, and communication software
• Intel i3 or AMD Ryzen 1300 processor (or equivalent)
• 4GB RAM
• Stable internet connection, preferably at least 5Mbps
