- Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with Senior Management and Stakeholders
- Ensure that the project is completed within the approved schedule
- Ensure that the project is at minimal issues as per approved standards
- Proper documentation from Planning until Project Close-Out
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential risks and develop contingency plans
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Licensed Civil Engineer with 10 years working experience and 5 years project management
- Must have a good character
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Must be flexible, dynamic and passionate in handling and delivering projects
- Willing to be assigned at Alliance Global Tower, Uptown Bonifacio Taguig
- Candidate must possess at least a Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Engineering (Chemical) or equivalent.
- At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
