We are hiring for talented individuals for our client partner!

Our client is an FMCG SME specializing in tea beverages tailored for the Indonesian market. With over years of industry expertise and a commitment to delivering products brimming with energy and excitement, we are now looking for talented and experienced individuals to take on pivotal roles as Brand Lead driving the continued success and expansion of our products.

  1. Establish Brand Marketing Strategy: Develop a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with customer experience and overall brand design.

  2. Lead Brand Projects and Initiatives: Take charge of a range of brand projects

  3. Gather Consumer Insights and Market Research: Conduct research to understand consumer preferences, market trends, and others.

  4. Execute Brand Initiatives and Campaigns: Implement various brand initiatives, including 360 projects, campaigns, advertising plans, and new product launches.

Trình độ tối thiểu

  1. Min. 2 years experience in FMCG environments or as manager leading large teams.
  2. Ability to conceptualize and design engaging consumer experiences across various touchpoints, from physical spaces to digital platforms.
  3. Proficiency in creating and executing strategic frameworks that provide a clear roadmap for brand communication development, encompassing market analysis, audience segmentation, and competitive positioning of the tea category and its players.
  4. Clear understanding of competitors activity and consumer behavior in a brand and FMCG context.
  5. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa to articulate brand messages effectively to internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
  6. Stay updated on tea industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
  7. Willing to work onsite from Bandung.
