- Manage day-today aspect of the business;
- Work with wide range of employees, customers, vendors and third party contractors to achieve business targets;
- Oversee operational effectiveness and quality;
- Achieve and Increase sales and revenue;
- Handles escalated customer issues and requests;
- Prepare accurate daily, weekly and monthly department reports;
- Report and make recommendations to Management regarding department improvements;
- Have sound project management strategies in place to ensure that projects are successfully implemented and providing benefits to the business;
- Perform other duties as requested by the Management.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Management
- At least 3-5 years of working experience in the related field
- Preferably supervisor/assistant manager/manager or equivalent
- Must know how to drive
- Microsoft literate
- Strong background in customer relations
- Good communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Team-oriented
