Treasury Admin  

Treasury Administrator is responsible for accounting of all corporate treasury functions. This includes preparation of monthly cash flow reports, maintaining minimum account balances per corporate policies and various account reconciliations. This position is responsible for researching and resolving all bank discrepancies or questionable transactions as well as keeping management apprised of said discrepancies.

• Preparing weekly/daily account transfer requests.
• Recording bank transactions including but not limited to deposits, transfers, bank fees, interest income and interest expense.
• Prepare and post bi-weekly and bi-monthly payroll entries.
• Verifying and balancing location deposit reports daily and communicating discrepancies in deposits or late reporting of deposits.
• Verify and record debt and interest payments.
• Download daily bank transactions and match to transactions recorded on the company books. Investigate and follow up on bank transactions that are not yet recorded on the company books
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations for multiple accounts.
• Prepare monthly reconciliations of debt and interest income/expense.
• Provide timely follow-up and advise management of problems and/or discrepancies as they arise.
• Ability to work well in a team atmosphere.

• Bachelors degree in Accounting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (excel is a must)
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Minimum, 1 year related accounting experience
