- Identifying business sites/location.
- Maintaining complete documentation related to all planning procedures, communications regarding sites and actions taken on each site assigned.
- Review and approved feasibility studies.
- Site Negotiation and contract management
- Ensure to meet the target revenue based on the number of store expansions.
- Accurate daily and weekly reporting to the Manager or client as required. Project accurate lease dates and attend status meetings.
- Complete all site file documentations.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor’s degree holder, preferably Engineering related course.
- Must have at least 1-year work experience in the field of franchise business development/sales/market research.
- Strong leadership, organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to work in a schedule-driven environment.
- A working knowledge in Microsoft Office.
- With negotiation skills.
- Must have the confidence in presenting to would-be applicants or with big groups.
- Must be willing to travel.
