- Handles, monitors and collects Warranty and Subsidy Claims A/R (both current and remedial), per brand
- Regular/ Daily coordination to manufacturers and dealerships with regard to A/R status
- Regular coordination to dealerships with regard to docdef compliance and untransmitted docs
- Semi-monthly sending of doc def, untransmitted and unresolved list of warranty and subsidy claims to dealerships GM's and Service Managers
- Prepares reconciliation and immediate action to all accounts under the following reasons
- Un-applied and/or un-posted payments
- Discrepancy of invoice amount vs. actual collection
- Submit a summary of reconciling items to accounting for proper application once approved
- Timely submission of DVR's with attached deposit slips
- Checks, reviews and monitors the documents submitted by ASD Warranty Group if complete and accurate, before Accounting recognize it as sales

- Bachelor's degree, preferably in business administration or a related field is required
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
